Avi Kivity 6bf4a73d88 thrift: limit message size ...

Limit message size according to the configuration, to avoid a huge message from
allocating all of the server's memory.

We also need to limit memory used in aggregate by thrift, but that is left to
another patch.

Fixes #3878.
