Botond Dénes e008060f39 Merge 'doc: fix Rust Driver release information' from Anna Stuchlik ...

This PR removes the incorrect information that the ScyllaDB Rust Driver is not GA.

In addition, it replaces "Scylla" with "ScyllaDB".
