Calle Wilund ac438c61e6 sstables::file_io_extension: Change "creator" callback to just data_source 
Because the concept of pushing reading range does not work for the wrapping
we do (i.e. encryption), there is no point having it here. We need to do
said range handling higher up.
Also, must allow multi-layered wrapping.
