Both the successful ones as well as the failed ones are audited. Each Alternator operation sets up audit metadata via an executor::maybe_audit() helper, which checks will_log() and only heap-allocates audit_info_alternator when auditing is enabled. DDL and metadata operations pass no consistency level; data read/write operations pass the actual CL used. BatchWriteItem and BatchGetItem guard table name collection with will_log() to avoid unnecessary work when auditing is disabled. ListStreams audits the input table name rather than collecting output table names during iteration. UntagResource sets up auditing after parameter validation. Exception re-throw in server.cc uses co_return coroutine::exception().
