Pekka Enberg 684e4602dc redis: Fix DB index error message
The error message (silently) changed to "DB index is out of range" the
following commit:

 c7a4e694ad

The new error message is part of Redis 4.0, released in 2017, so let's
switch Scylla to use the new one.
