DynamoDB error messages are returned in JSON format and expect specific information: Some HTTP error code (often but not always 400), a string error "type" and a user-readable message. Code that wants to return user-visible exceptions should use this type, and in the next patch we will translate it to the appropriate JSON string. Signed-off-by: Nadav Har'El <nyh@scylladb.com>
