Merged patch series by Pavel Emelyanov: Alternator start and stop code is sitting inside the main() and it's a big piece of code out there. Havig it all in main complicates rework of start-stop sequences, it's much more handy to have it in alternator/. This set puts the mentioned code into transport- and thrift- like controller model.
