Benny Halevy 02f5659f21 sstables mx/writer: clustering_blocks_input_range::next: warn on potentially bad key 
If _offset falls beyond compound_type->types().size()
ignore the extra components instead of accessing out of the types
vector range.

FIXME: we should validate the thrift key against the schema
and reject it in the thrift handler layer.

Refs #7568

Test: unit(dev)
DTest: cql_tests.py:MiscellaneousCQLTester.cql3_insert_thrift_test (dev, debug)
