Botond Dénes 3d9ab1d9eb Merge 'Get recursive tasks' statuses with task manager api call' from Aleksandra Martyniuk ...

The PR adds an api call allowing to get the statuses of a given
task and all its descendants.

The parent-child tree is traversed in BFS order and the list of
statuses is returned to user.

Closes #12317
