`tokenof` calculates and prints the token of a partition-key. `shardof` calculates the token and finds the owner shard of a partition-key. The number of shards has to be provided by the `--sharads` parameter. Ignore msb bits param can be tweaked with the `--ignore-msb-bits` parameter, which defaults to 12.
