After changing the type of the `recovery_leader` config option from `sstring` to `UUID` in #25032, setting `recovery_leader` to an empty string became an incorrect way to unset it. The following error started to appear in the recovery procedure tests: ``` init - marshaling error: UUID string size mismatch: '' : recovery_leader ``` We unset `recovery_leader` properly in this PR. To do it, we introduce a simple way to remove config options in tests. Backport is unneeded. This error was harmless, and Scylla ignored `recovery_leader` after logging the error as expected by the tests. If you can use an existing folder, consider adding your test to it. New folders should be used for new large categories/subsystems, or when the test environment is significantly different from some existing suite, e.g. you plan to start scylladb with different configuration, and you intend to add many tests and would like them to reuse an existing Scylla cluster (clusters can be reused for tests within the same folder).
To add a new folder, create a new directory, and then
copy & edit its suite.ini.
