We set in test/cql-pytest/run.py, affecting test/alternator/run, the configuration permissions_validity_in_ms by default to 100ms. This means that tests that need to check how GRANT or REVOKE work always need to sleep for more than 100ms, which can make a test with a lot of these operations very slow. So let's just set this configuration value to 5ms. I checked that it doesn't adversely affect the total running speed of test/alternator/run. This change only affects running tests through test/alternator/run, which is expected to be fast. I left the default for test.py as it was, 100ms, the latency of individual tests is less important there. Signed-off-by: Nadav Har'El <nyh@scylladb.com>

If you can use an existing folder, consider adding your test to it. New folders should be used for new large categories/subsystems, or when the test environment is significantly different from some existing suite, e.g. you plan to start scylladb with different configuration, and you intend to add many tests and would like them to reuse an existing Scylla cluster (clusters can be reused for tests within the same folder).
To add a new folder, create a new directory, and then
copy & edit its suite.ini.
