Ernest Zaslavsky 54aa552af7 treewide: Move type related files to a type directory As requested in #22110, moved the files and fixed other includes and build system.
Moved files:
- duration.hh
- duration.cc
- concrete_types.hh

Fixes: #22110

This is a cleanup, no need to backport
