Pavel Solodovnikov e030e291a8 test: add CHECK_EVENTUALLY_EQUAL utility macro
It would be good to have a `CHECK` variant in addition
to an existing `REQUIRE_EVENTUALLY_EQUAL` macro. Will be used
in raft RPC tests.
