Avi Kivity 8cdb6a102f cql3: expr: don't convert subexpressions to term::raw during the prepare phase ...

Now that we have the prepare machinery exposed as expression API:s
(not just term::raw) we can avoid conversions from expressions to
term::raw when preparing subexpressions.
