Alejo Sanchez 4a3b98facc utils: error injection fix deadline test timeout 
Rafael reported test_inject_future_sleep_timeout_short failed
sometimes as limit is too close. Bump limit.

Refs #3295 (closed)

Repro:
./test.py --mode=dev -v boost/error_injection_test --repeat 300
