Raphael S. Carvalho e81076b01c compaction: Implement ranges for cache invalidation on behalf of cleanup 
This procedure will calculate ranges for cache invalidation by subtracting
all owned ranges from the sstables' partition ranges. That's done so as
to reduce the size of invalidated ranges.

Refs #4446.
