Anna Stuchlik 74fc69c825 doc: add Ubuntu 22 to 2021.1 OS support ...

Fixes https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-enterprise/issues/3036

This commit adds support for Ubuntu 22.04 to the list
of OSes supported by ScyllaDB Enterprise 2021.1.

This commit fixex a bug and must be backported to
branch-5.3 and branch-5.2.
