Benny Halevy a2a5e530f0 compaction_manager: move per-type logic to derived task ...

Move the business logic into the task specific classes.
Separating initialization during task construction,
from the compaction_done task, moved into
a do_run() method, and in some cases moving
a lambda function that was called per table (as in
rewrite_sstables) into a private method of the
derived class.
