Asias He b744dba75a repair: Abort the queue in write_end_of_stream in case of error ...

In write_end_of_stream, it does:

1) Write write_partition_end
2) Write empty mutation_fragment_opt

If 1) fails, 2) will be skipped, the consumer of the queue will wait for
the empty mutation_fragment_opt forever.

Found this issue when injecting random exceptions between 1) and 2).
