This commit: - Extends the Drivers support table with information on which driver supports tablets and since which version. - Adds the driver support policy to the Drivers page. - Reorganizes the Drivers page to accommodate the updates. In addition: - The CPP-over-Rust driver is added to the table. - The information about Serverless (which we don't support) is removed and replaced with tablets to correctly describe the contents of the table.
