Takuya ASADA 5cb7dc5dc3 dist/ubuntu/dep: update thrift to 0.9.3 ...

To make thrift compilable on gcc-6.2, we need to upgrade latest version of
thrift.
This is required to support Ubuntu 16.10.

Fixes #1784
