Instead of querier_cache::evict_all_for_table(). The new method cover all queriers and in addition any other inactive reads registered on the semaphore. In theory by the time we detach a table, no regular inactive reads should be in the semaphore anymore, but if there is any still, we better evict them before the table is destroyed, they might attempt to access it in when destroyed later.
