Marcin Maliszkiewicz 75ccab9693 auth: drop request_execution_exception handling from default_authorizer::revoke_all ...

The change applies only to auth-v2 code path.

It seems nothing in the code except cdc and truncate
throws this exception so it's probably dead code.

I'll keep it for now in other places to not accidentally
break things in auth-v1, in auth-v2 even if this exception
is used it should likely fail the query because otherwise
data consistency is silently violated.
