Piotr Sarna 75dbaa0834 test: add alternator test for incorrect numeric values 
The test case is put inside test_manual_requests suite, because
boto3 validates numeric inputs and does not allow passing arbitrary
incorrect values.

Tests: unit(dev), alternator(local, remote)
