Vlad Zolotarov 53cf90b075 ec2_snitch: properly build the AWS meta server address 
Explicity pass the port number of the AWS metadata server API
when creating a corresponding socket.

This patch fixes the regression introduced by 4ef940169f.

Fixes #4719
