Benny Halevy b7f00ba4bf schema_tables: remove dead code ...

Well, even after 10 years, the c++ compilers still
do not compile Java...

And having that legacy code laying around
not only it doesn't help anyone understand what's
going on, but on the contrary, it's confusing and distracting.
