The bloom filters are built with partition estimates, as the actual partition count might not be available in all the cases. If the estimate was bad, the bloom filters might end up too large or too small than their optimal sizes. Rebuild such bloom filters with actual partition count before the filter is written to disk and the sstable is sealed.
