Piotr Jastrzebski 7bd2b8d73f schema: make it possible to set sharding_info per schema 
Previously schema::get_sharding_info was obtaining
sharding_info from the partitioner but we want to remove
sharding_info from the partitioner so we need a place
in schema to store it there instead.
