This patch makes hashing for repair calculate checksums in a way that doesn't require rebuilding whole mutation. Unfortunately, such checksums are incompatible with the old ones so the old way for computing checksums is preserved for compatibility reasons. Signed-off-by: Paweł Dziepak <pdziepak@scylladb.com>
