Piotr Sarna c7f66d6fdd cql3: add SERVICE LEVEL syntax (without an underscore) 
In order for the syntax to be more natural, it's now possible
to use SERVICE LEVEL instead of SERVICE_LEVEL in all appropriate
places. The old syntax is supported as well.
