load_broadcaster::stop_broadcasting uses shared_from_this(). Since that is the only reference that the produced shared_ptr knows of, it is deleted immediately. Fix that by also using a shared_ptr in load_meter. Signed-off-by: Rafael Ávila de Espíndola <espindola@scylladb.com>
