Fix a typo in enabling libthread-db debugging. Add command line snippet which can enable libthread-db debugging on startup. Split the long wall of text about likely problems into separate per-problem subsections. Add sub-section about recently found Fedora bug(?) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1960867.
