We want to move to use host ids as soon as possible. Currently it is possible only after the full gossiper exchange (because only at this point gossiper state is added and with it address map entry). To make it possible to move to host ids earlier this patch adds address map entries on incoming communication during CLIENT_ID verb processing. The patch also adds generation to CLIENT_ID to use it when address map is updated. It is done so that older gossiper entries can be overwritten with newer mapping in case of IP change.
