Tomasz Grabiec ca08db504b managed_bytes: Make operator[] work for large blobs as well 
Fixes assertion in mutation_test:

mutation_test: ./utils/managed_bytes.hh:349: blob_storage::char_type* managed_bytes::data(): Assertion `!_u.ptr->next'
