Anna Stuchlik a024c2d692 doc: remove Membership changes vs LWT page ...

This commit removes the redundant
"Cluster membership changes and LWT consistency" page.

The page is no longer useful because the Raft algorithm
serializes topology operations, which results in
consistent topology updates.
