Takuya ASADA 464b5de99b scylla_setup: allow symlink to --disks option ...

Currently, --disks options does not allow symlinks such as
/dev/disk/by-uuid/* or /dev/disk/azure/*.

To allow using them, is_unused_disk() should resolve symlink to
realpath, before evaluating the disk path.

Fixes #11634
