This patch changes the RCU/WCU Alternator metrics to use whole units instead of half units. The change includes the following: Change the metrics documentation. Keep the RCU counter internally in half units, but return the actual (whole unit) value. Change the RCU name to be rcu_half_units_total to indicates that it counts half units. Change the WCU to count in whole units instead of half units. Update the tests accordingly. Signed-off-by: Amnon Heiman <amnon@scylladb.com>
