Benny Halevy a1adbf1f59 docs: adjust to sstable base name ...

Since 244df07771 (scylla 5.1),
only the sstable basename is kept in the large_* system tables.
The base path can be determined from the keyspace and
table name.

Fixes #11621

Adjust the examples in documentation respectively.
