Benny Halevy b8b14d76b3 view_update_generator: discover_staging_sstables: get shared table ptr earlier ...

It's potentially a bit more efficient since
t.get_sstables is called only once, while
t.shared_from_this() is called per staging sstable.

Also, prepare for the following patches that modify
this function further.
