Anna Stuchlik e8129d9a0c doc: remove DateTieredCompactionStrategy ...

This commit removes support for DateTieredCompactionStrategy
from the documentation.

Support for DTCS was removed in 5.4, so this commit
must be backported to branch-5.4.
