Botond Dénes e0d0f9f30c Make the CMakeLists.txt's IDE marker generic
To allow some other IDEs (e.g. KDevelop, QtCreator) to use the cmake
file in a convenient manner. Keep the existing CLIEN_IDE marker to
not break existing workflows.
