This reverts commit 0d8f932f0b,
because RHEL developer explains this is not a bug, it's expected behavior.
(mdadm --monitor does not start when RAID level is 0)

So we should stop downgrade mdadm package and modify our script not to
enable mdmonitor.service on RAID0, use it only for RAID5.
