Calle Wilund 5e46079e89 exceptions: Set correct error code in truncate_exception ...

Refs #4924

truncate_exception should, like its origin counterpart, set
error code to TRUNCATE_ERROR, not PROTOCOL_ERROR.

tests: unit + partial dtest
