Dejan Mircevski 9d02f10c71 cql3: Fix NULL reference in get_column_defs_for_filtering ...

There was a typo in get_column_defs_for_filtering(): it checked the
wrong pointer before dereferencing.  Add a test exposing the NULL
dereference and fix the typo.

Tests: unit (dev)

Fixes #7198.
