Takuya ASADA 41edc045d9 docker: revert scylla-server.conf service name change 
We changed supervisor service name at cb19048, but this breaks
compatibility with scylla-operator.
To fix the issue we need to revert the service name to previous one.

Fixes #10269

Closes #10323
