Raphael S. Carvalho e3923a9caf test.py: Add option to run scylla tests with multiple compaction groups ...

The tests can now optionally run with multiple groups via option
--x-log2-compaction-groups.

This includes boost tests and the ones which run against either
one (e.g. cql) or many instances (e.g. topology).
