Raphael S. Carvalho e3e7c3c7e5 test: database_test: Test multiple compaction groups ...

Extends database_test to run the tests with more than one
compaction group, in addition to a single one (default).

Piggyback on existing tests. Avoids duplication.

Caught a bug when snapshotting, in implementation of
table::can_flush(), showing its usefulness.
