Pavel Emelyanov ed1c049c3b scripts: Add usage to pull_github_pr script ...

If mis-used, the script says

   error: unrecognized option: ..., see ./scripts/pull_github_pr.sh -h for usage

but if using the suggested -h option it prints just the same.
