When the audit syslog format was changed in scylladb#23099, commas were removed. This made the syslog format inconsistent, as LOGIN audit logs contained commas while other audit logs did not. Additionally, the lack of commas was not aligned with the audit documentation. This commit brings back the use of commas in the audit syslog format to ensure consistency across all types of audit logs. Fixes: scylladb#24410
